As intimated in our earlier circular, the Physical Education Department will be introducing a series of PE challenges for students from FS2 to Year 10.

These activities help students maintain an active, healthy, and balanced lifestyle during the distance learning period.

Each student is required to participate in two challenges. A demo video will be shared in their respective MS Teams’ PE class channel. Students must record and submit videos of themselves performing the challenges. Please note the following submission guidelines:

•     All videos must be uploaded to the designated folder found in their PE class channel.
•     The video must be in MP4 format, the most widely compatible format across all devices.
•     Video files should be named as: Student Name – Class.mp4 (e.g., Mohammed – 5B.mp4)

All students who participate or attempt to do the challenge will receive a certificate of participation. Additionally, students who demonstrate outstanding performance will be awarded special prizes upon returning to school.

We would also like to emphasise that participation is the primary goal of this initiative. Students are encouraged to submit their efforts even if they are unable to fully complete a challenge.
