At EIS, we proudly celebrated Eid Al Etihad with a spectacular Emirati Heritage Family Festival, bringing together students, parents, and staff to honor the rich culture, history, and values of the UAE.

The event, held on November 26, 2024, was a vibrant showcase of unity, tradition, and community spirit.

UAE National Day Assembly

The day began with a special assembly dedicated to the UAE’s legacy of unity, progress, and accomplishments. Students and teachers came together to pay tribute to the nation we proudly call our second home.

Parent Contests

• Families joined hands in a variety of engaging competitions, making the event even more memorable:
• Canvas of Culture: A showcase of artistic talents inspired by UAE heritage.
• Flavors of the Emirates: Families prepared and presented traditional Emirati dishes, sharing the rich flavors of the UAE.
• Spirit of the Emirates: A quiz challenge that tested knowledge of UAE history, culture, and achievements.
• Stars of the Emirates: A family talent show that celebrated the unique skills of our school community.

Exhibition Gallery: Plan to Action – Sustainability in the UAE

Our interschool exhibition highlighted sustainable solutions for a greener UAE, showcasing the creativity and dedication of our students.

Recreational Counters
Adding to the festivities were interactive recreational stations, including:

• Henna Counter: Traditional designs crafted by talented parent volunteers.
• Luqimat Counter: Delicious Emirati sweets enjoyed by all.
• Coffee and Dates: A warm taste of Emirati hospitality.
• Emirati Games: Fun, interactive traditional games for everyone to enjoy.
