A Night Under the Stars - EIS Scouts & Pulse Forum In-School Camping Experience

A Night Under the Stars was a thoughtfully planned in-school camping experience delivered through the collaboration of the EIS Scouts and the Pulse Forum at Excel International School. 

The school campus was creatively transformed into a campsite setting, where students participated in a range of structured activities designed to promote teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership. Rooted in scouting values and enhanced by the dynamic contributions of the Pulse Forum, the programme encouraged active participation through collaborative challenges, interactive sessions, and reflective discussions inspired by the theme of exploration and discovery under the stars.

This experience enabled students to build confidence, strengthen social connections, and practise essential life skills in a supportive and supervised setting. The collaboration successfully fostered a strong sense of community while reinforcing the school’s commitment to holistic education beyond the classroom.

The camping experience began with the Scout Pledge, followed by a brief message and briefing delivered by Scouting Master Mr. Shereef Moyikkal.

 

Voices raised, slogans in motion—our teams are giving their best and lighting up the stage with energy and enthusiasm!

 

 

The hunt begins! Teams race to uncover the first clue and start their adventure.

 

The race is on! Teams sprint through the Mystery Hunt, challenging both time and each other in an exciting test of speed and strategy.

Teamwork in action! Our teams pitch their tents and put their camping skills to the test, bringing collaboration and creativity to life.

 

While some teammates focus on pitching tents with teamwork and precision, others embark on a culinary mission—preparing a gourmet salad for the fireless cooking challenge!

Pull together, push forward! Teams go head-to-head in an exhilarating tug-of-war challenge, testing strength, strategy, and teamwork.

Each student departed with cherished memories and the pride of having given their very best.
